Roman Loginovskiy

Solution Architect & Technical Account Manager, Observability · AIOps · Cloud

I turn sprawling legacy estates and noisy telemetry into cloud-native systems teams can actually run. Seven years across Azure, AWS and GCP — assessing what exists, designing the target state, and driving adoption end to end: lower MTTR, cleaner SLOs, and observability spend that stops climbing.

Selected work

Where I move the needle.

01

Observability at organizational scale

Enterprise programs · standards & templates

Aligned 1,000+-engineer organizations on scope, semantic conventions, and company-wide data standards — then shipped OpenTelemetry Collector templates and observability-as-code so teams self-serve. Platforms carry 1PB+ of telemetry a day.

02

Migrations without the manual grind

Large-scale data migration · automation

Engineered automation frameworks for high-volume migrations that cut manual effort by ~90% — saving hundreds of hours and de-risking cutover across heterogeneous, multi-cloud and on-prem estates.

03

AI for observability, from day one

AI enablement · cost & quality

Helped organizations adopt AI for observability cost-efficiently — without building bespoke tooling from scratch — and put them on top of their own AI estate: cost, hallucinations, and usage, built to best practices.

04

Incident response that gets smarter

AIOps · alert correlation · MTTR

Designed incident-response flows that pair ML-driven alert correlation with the human runbook — cutting noise and time-to-root-cause instead of adding another dashboard. Same discipline applied to LLM and agentic workloads: guardrails, evaluations, and monitoring, so the AI estate is observable too.

How I work

Four ways in.

Architecture review

Target-state design for hybrid, multi-cloud and on-prem estates — with the migration path, sizing, and integration contracts written down.

Observability health check

Find the tool sprawl, visibility gaps, data-quality issues and cost leaks in what you already run, then rank them by what they actually cost you.

Maturity assessment

Score where you are and map the route from reactive monitoring to business-aligned SLOs — scoped so each step ships on its own.

Enablement & hands-on

Working sessions, documentation and repeatable workflows, so teams self-serve instead of queueing behind a platform group.

Solution Architect & Technical Account Manager

Coralogix

  • Lead solution and target-state architecture for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem estates at multi-million-dollar enterprises — partnering with VPs of Engineering, DevOps, SRE and platform teams
  • Planned, governed, and delivered 5+ large-scale implementation & migration programs; primary technical escalation point for complex distributed-system failures
  • Established observability standards & reusable templates — semantic conventions, OpenTelemetry Collector pipelines, observability-as-code (Terraform)
  • Engineer telemetry cost down through sampling, aggregation, retention tuning and cost attribution — without losing the signal that matters
  • Drove AIOps adoption: ML-driven alert correlation and incident-response design, translated into reduced MTTR and measurable SLO compliance
  • Doubled portfolio ARR and held 99% retention through architecture-led delivery
2020 — 2023

Senior Technical Consultant & OpenTelemetry Delivery Group Lead

Cisco Systems

  • Led the OpenTelemetry delivery team in EMEA Professional Services — instrumentation standards, semantic conventions, reference configurations
  • Delivered end-to-end monitoring implementations with AppDynamics across well-known global logos, from pre-sales scoping through production adoption
  • Architecture planning & sizing for large enterprise implementations; performance-bottleneck audits and root-cause analysis on live estates
  • Designed integration for complex SAP environments (ERP, EWM, PI/PO); consultancy cited by customers in Gartner reviews
2019 — 2020

Software Developer & Solution Architect

Yellows Software House

  • Designed application architecture on SOLID and modern patterns (MVVM, MVC, DDD, TPL)
  • Built reliable RESTful Web APIs and cross-platform apps in C# / .NET; established unit/integration/functional testing

About

Short version.

I've spent seven years inside the machine — payments, telecom, pharma, energy, retail — turning legacy monitoring sprawl and messy telemetry into architectures that hold at petabyte scale. The work starts with alignment: scope, goals, semantic conventions, company-wide data standards — then the templates and automation that let teams self-serve.

I educate as I build — 2,000+ engineers on OpenTelemetry, SRE practice, and observability-driven design — and I prototype to battle-proof what I recommend. I bring AI into observability early and cost-efficiently, and keep teams on top of their own AI estate: cost, hallucinations, guardrails, evaluations.

Most of that work happens with VPs of Engineering, DevOps, SRE and platform teams — translating business goals into things you can actually measure: MTTR, SLO compliance, and telemetry spend that scales slower than the estate does.
