I've spent seven years inside the machine — payments, telecom, pharma, energy, retail — turning legacy monitoring sprawl and messy telemetry into architectures that hold at petabyte scale. The work starts with alignment: scope, goals, semantic conventions, company-wide data standards — then the templates and automation that let teams self-serve.
I educate as I build — 2,000+ engineers on OpenTelemetry, SRE practice, and observability-driven design — and I prototype to battle-proof what I recommend. I bring AI into observability early and cost-efficiently, and keep teams on top of their own AI estate: cost, hallucinations, guardrails, evaluations.
Most of that work happens with VPs of Engineering, DevOps, SRE and platform teams — translating business goals into things you can actually measure: MTTR, SLO compliance, and telemetry spend that scales slower than the estate does.
